REDBUD Groups

As iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another.

REDBUD Groups are utilized in several different ways to accomplish the goal of discipleship at RBC, in Lubbock.  REDBUD Groups are used to create an environment of spiritual growth among members through challenging and relevant Bible studies. We feel this provides the best opportunity to properly study, understand, and discuss God’s Word as a REDBUD group. Other REDBUD Groups are organized by gender or special interest.  REDBUD groups typically meet on Sunday mornings, but we have others meeting various days and times of the weeks in people's homes and other locations. Even currently in Zoom. New REDBUD Groups are forming all the time so sign up today. We use an acrostic to explain the different elements that take place within our REDBUD  Groups.
R - Reaching people for Bible study,  teaching them God’s Word.
E - Engaged in ministry.
D - Developing fellowship with other believers.
B - Bringing others to Christ through the Gospel.
U - Under the leadership of Jesus Christ.
D - Discipling others to become disciples who disciple others.
